InsideOut Wellness Academy aims to deliver high-quality training while reducing avoidable environmental impact. Sustainability is considered in purchasing, digital delivery, travel, waste and supplier choices, balanced with accessibility, safeguarding, quality and operational needs.

2. Actions

• Provide learning materials electronically.
• Reduce unnecessary printing and paper use.
• Use online delivery where educationally appropriate to reduce avoidable travel.
• Minimise waste and reuse or recycle materials where practical.
• Choose energy and resource-efficient equipment and services where practical.
• Consider environmental impact when selecting suppliers, while also taking account of quality, security, accessibility, value and reliability.
• Encourage staff and students to use resources responsibly.
• Review working practices periodically and make proportionate improvements.

3. Responsibility and review

Partners and associates are expected to support this policy in day-to-day decisions. Environmental commitments will not override duties relating to student welfare, accessibility, data protection or educational quality.
